What types of events can I host at Super Weekend?
We specialize in hosting a variety of events including corporate gatherings, private parties, fundraisers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and tournament-style gaming events. Our flexible venue can accommodate groups from 12 to 200 guests.
Do I need a gaming license to host an event?
No gaming license is required for private events. We handle all necessary permits and licensing. Our events use casino-style gaming for entertainment purposes with no real money wagering required.
What does the event package include?
Our standard package includes professional gaming tables and dealers, event coordination services, basic catering options, and access to our premium bar. VIP packages include additional amenities such as live entertainment, upgraded catering, and dedicated concierge services.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for standard events. For larger events or peak dates (weekends, holidays), we suggest booking 2-3 months ahead to ensure availability.
Do you offer menu options for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! Our catering team can accommodate various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special requirements. Please inform us of any restrictions when booking your event.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 18 years or older to attend events at our venue. Valid photo ID is required for entry.
What should I know about your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.
Do you provide audio/visual equipment?
Yes, we offer professional AV equipment including microphones, projectors, screens, and sound systems. Our technical team can assist with setup and operation throughout your event.
